A student's acceptance, participation and continuation at any field or clinical site are subject to the approval and consent of that site. Students must be able to attend and progress in the assigned field or clinical area for each course. Alternate assignments will not be made because of inability to progress in an assigned field or clinical setting.
Medical documents and background check
Before field and clinical rotations begin, you must complete a drug screen, obtain a copy of your criminal background record and submit required medical documentation through the approved vendor, CastleBranch.
The CastleBranch package (background check, drug screen and medical document manager) costs $121.00.
Order through the CastleBranch ordering portal and follow the instructions. The portal has a Frequently Asked Questions section and a Contact Us section if you have questions. You are REQUIRED to use your Central Carolina Community College email address in your Personal Information profile.
Clinical rotations at certain sites may require an additional package through the approved vendor Rotation Manager, at a fee of approximately $40. That package also includes the background check, drug screen and medical document manager.
