Leadership training for North Carolina EMS was hard to find. We built it.
Too many EMS professionals step into leadership roles without the training to match. Agencies across the state face the same problems: a shrinking workforce, overburdened staff and too few prepared officers.
John C. Wilson founded EMS Wizard in 2022 to close that gap. Our NC EMS Officer series has trained North Carolina EMS leaders since 2017, and the NC EMS Leadership Academy followed in 2023. Our executive team brings more than 75 years of combined EMS experience as volunteer and career providers, local government and private sector leaders, educators, administrators and managers.
