Walter A. Meads is the EMS Program Coordinator at College of The Albemarle in North Carolina. As a credentialed Level II Paramedic Instructor, he is dedicated to educating and training aspiring paramedics.

Walter designs comprehensive EMS curricula, builds critical thinking and teaches efficient patient care. He keeps his teaching current through continuous professional development, and his leadership has shaped countless paramedics.

He is active in EMS organizations and advocates for advancements in the field. Walter was the College of The Albemarle contact for EMS at the OBX 2024.
